Let the mega blogging commenece

So, I got back from a four day visit to Berlin last night, with my dad. We packed a lot into our time their including galleries, markets, history, architecture, the zoo, shopping and a brilliant gig from Frank Turner. I have over 700 photographs to trawl through and narrow down to those that I wish to share with the world.

It's going to take some time. But here we go... with a list.

The first photo I took: retro train signage.

Day one:
- flight: Luton - Berlin, train to hotel.
- walk along the river to, Bauhaus Archive.
- walk through Tiergarten, to Sony Centre and Potsdamer Platz.
- visit Winterfeldplatz market.
- back to the hotel for a bit.
dinner at Yellow Sunshine vegetarian fast food.

Day two:
- Maurpark flea market.
- Berlin zoo.
- Samadhi Vietnamese vegetarian restaurant.
- Alexander Platz, TV tower.

Day three:
Oberbaumbr├╝cke, East Side Gallery/Berlin wall.
- Ampelmenn, Berliner Dom, Museum Island.
- Brandenburger Tor, Reichstag.
- Dada Falafel - food & gallery.
- Frank Turner at the tiny White Trash club.

Day four:
- Check point Charlie, history of the wall
- Neue National Gallery, some green trees and some bears
- back to the airport and home
